Originally from Akron, Ohio, Kelly Thewlis has performed internationally at notable clubs including the World Famous Comedy Store in Los Angeles, The Second City in Hollywood, and Comedy Cirque in London. She has been featured at the Chicago Women's Funny Fest, the Burbank Comedy Festival, Lady Laughs Wichita, Laugh Riot Grrrl Festival, Funny Women Fest LA, and was named Best of Fest at the Live Laughs Comedy Festival. In 2023, she was nominated for Cleveland Scene Magazine’s Best Female Comedian .
